Child Care Training Services Center (CCTSC)

The Florida Department of Children and Families Child Care Program Office established the Child Care Training Services Center (CCTSC) at the Children's Forum to answer questions about state-mandated training requirements, educational exemptions and staff credentials for early care and education providers. CCTSC recently expanded to include the operation of the Child Care Credentialing and Exam Scheduling units that were previously operated by the Department of Children and Families. In this capacity, CCTSC manages exam scheduling for required training courses and evaluates credential applications.

Specialists are available Monday - Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.

• To update your training transcript, mail or fax a copy of your training certificates. Be sure to include your student I.D. on your transcript and your phone number
• To apply for a Staff Credential or Director Credential, mail or fax your application and documents to:
